	Ursula Bagnall Ursula has practised law for over 30 years, first as a barrister and then in both small and large firms of Solicitors. From 1996-2003 Ursula ran her own firm in Totnes, Devon. As well as Family Law, the practice offered conveyancing, wills, personal injury claims and most types of litigation. Following her return to the Isle of Wight, Ursula decided to set up her ‘niche’ divorce practice in 2005, believing that clients going through the trauma of marital breakdown need a really personal service. Ursula quickly gained an excellent reputation, mainly through personal referrals and word of mouth.
	Nichola Porter LLB Nicola is a graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives, and a specialist in Family Law. Nichola joined Ursula Bagnall in January 2011. She graduated from University of West of England with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law and attained a Merit in her Post-Grduate diploma in Legal Practice. Outside of her legal career Nichola has experience in the retail industry which has given her valuable insight into client relations and so that she is both approachable and understanding in her dealings with clients going through the trauma of family breakdown.
